Preparing for Postpartum

Preparing for Postpartum is a 4 week class, Feb 21, 28 and March 7 and 14th. This class helps you prepare your mind, boy and home for a new baby. Each week we focus on a specific area of the postpartum period and provide you with tools to help you prepare the best you can.
