A 9 week class to prepare you and your partner for giving birth at the hospital or home. You will learn what to expect in the process, learn tools for being more relaxed and confident as the birthing person and as the support and learn about your options at your birthing place. 250$ per couple

2 hr. class for practice and refreshing your knowledge on comfort measures to use during labor. A perfect class for people who have birthed before, a compliment to another class or valuable on its own.

2 week class, 1 hour per class. $100.00. A quick class to help support people feel confident in their role. Learn tools to help manage discomfort, stress and fear and allow birth to progress. Learn tips on what to do and say and how to keep yourself energized and positive.
