A 9 week class to prepare you and your partner for giving birth at the hospital, or at home. You will learn what to expect in the process, learn tools for being more relaxed and confident as the birthing person and as the support and learn about your options at your birthing place. $250 per couple

About the Event
Every Monday 6-8pm for a 9 week series. starting October 5th. This class includes Postpartum Prep, along with Newborn Care, and Breastfeeding Basics. Best for those nearing into their Third trimester.
