A 9 week class to prepare you and your partner for giving birth at the hospital or at home. You will learn what to expect in the process, learn tools for being more relaxed and confident as the birthing person and as the support and learn about your options at your birthing place. $250 per couple

About the Event
Every Monday 6-8pm for a 9 week series. Includes Newborn Care, Breastfeeding and Postpartum Prep. This class is best for those entering into their 3rd trimester. Questions please reach out via email or a phone call.
