The Bradley Method Preparing for Labor
10 week class, 2 hours per class. $300.00 Covid Sale $150
A comprehensive class where you will learn to birth with more confidence in yourself and your support person with less fear and more trust.
Classes emphasize birth as a natural process, encouraging you to trust your body and manage labor through relaxation, visualization and knowing what is happening in your body.
We will discuss options and interventions, how to advocate for yourself, questions to ask care providers and developing your birth plan.
